Andrews Sweeps Blue Ridge Early College in Varsity Volleyball Showdown

ANDREWS, N.C. — In a dominant display, the Andrews Wildcats volleyball team clawed their way to a 3-0 victory over the Blue Ridge Early College Bobcats on Tuesday, September 2. The win marked Andrews’ third consecutive triumph against Blue Ridge, solidifying their recent dominance in the matchup.

The Wildcats’ sharp performance improved their season record to 5-2, showcasing their strength as they head deeper into the season. Meanwhile, Blue Ridge Early College struggled, falling to 1-7 with the loss, which extended their home losing streak to eight games, dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Andrews will host Murphy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 4 aiming to build on their momentum.

Blue Ridge Early College, on the other hand, will hit the road to face Highlands at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, marking their first in-conference match of the season.
