Clay County Schools Board Honors HHS Women’s Track Team

HAYESVILLE, N.C. — The Clay County Schools Board of Education recognized members of the Hayesville High School Varsity Women’s Track Team during its meeting on Monday, July 28, for their outstanding achievements in the Smoky Mountain Conference (SMC).

The board commended Kyla Eller, Marlo Joyce, Skylar Lockaby, Kadence Morrow, and Ava Shook for being voted SMC All-Conference by the conference coaches. Additionally, Savannah Burch, Sydney Greenstone, and Raelynn Wood received SMC Honorable Mention recognition.

The board praised the athletes for their dedication and success in representing Hayesville High School.
