Hayesville Soccer Suffers Road Loss

HAYESVILLE, N.C. — The Summit Charter Bears secured a 4-2 victory over the Hayesville Yellow Jackets in a soccer match on Wednesday, Sept. 10, marking their second consecutive win. The loss extends Hayesville’s skid to two games, with both defeats coming by a margin of two goals.


The match saw Summit Charter improve their season record to 2-1, while Hayesville dropped to 1-2.


Hayesville will look to rebound in their next game against Blue Ridge Early College, a familiar inter-conference rival, at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 17. Summit Charter, meanwhile, will face another conference foe, Tri-County, at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 15.
