Highlands Defeats Hayesville 3-1 in Soccer Showdown

HAYESVILLE, N.C. — Highlands High School's soccer team secured a 3-1 victory over Hayesville High School on Monday, marking their second consecutive win. The loss echoed Hayesville's defeat to Highlands in October 2024.

Hayesville's record now stands at 1-1, while Highlands improved to 2-5 for the season.

Both teams face upcoming challenges. Hayesville will take on Summit Charter at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 10 while Highlands meets rival Tri-County at 6:30 p.m. the same day.
