Lady Indians Come Up Short to Tigers

HIAWASSEE, Ga. — The Commerce Tigers snapped their three-game losing streak with a decisive 15-3 victory over the Towns County Indians in a softball matchup on Monday, Sept. 15.

The Indians struggled to keep pace with the Tigers, marking their third consecutive loss and dropping their season record to 2-8. This defeat echoes a similar outcome from October 2023, when Towns County also fell to Commerce.

Both teams will look to rally with the support of their home crowds in upcoming games.

Towns County will host Lake Oconee Academy on Thursday, Sept. 18 at 5:00 p.m.
