Lady Indians Crush Tallulah Falls in 17-0 Shutout

TALLULAH FALLS, Ga. — The Towns County Lady Indians snapped a four-game losing streak with a dominant 17-0 victory over the Tallulah Falls Indians on Monday, marking their highest-scoring game of the season.


Towns County's offense erupted, posting a season-high 17 runs while their defense held Tallulah Falls scoreless. The win improved Towns County's record to 2-5 and secured their first road victory of the season.

Meanwhile, Tallulah Falls struggled, extending their losing streak to 20 games, dating back to last season, and dropping their record to 0-11.


Towns County will look to build on this momentum when they host Rabun County at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 10.
