Murphy Hopes To Add Another SMC Title

MURPHY, N.C. — The Murphy Bulldogs had a strong 2024-25 high school football season, finishing with a 12-2 overall record and an undefeated 5-0 in the 1A/2A Smoky Mountain Conference, earning first place. Their season, detailed on MaxPreps.com, showcased their dominance and depth.

The Bulldogs started with a 42-14 win on Aug. 16, followed by high-scoring victories, including a 49-7 rout on Aug. 30, a 54-6 win on Sept. 27, and a 35-6 triumph on Nov. 1.
