Union County Softball Rolls By Oconee County

WATKINSVILLE, Ga.  — Union County’s offense came alive Thursday as the Panthers cruised to a 9-1 non-league softball win over Oconee County to wrap up the regular season.

The victory improved Union County’s record to 17-9 on the season, while Oconee County dropped to 7-18.

Union County’s consistent hitting and strong defense kept the host Warriors in check throughout the game, securing the Panthers’ 17th win of the year.
