Andrews Defeats Summit Charter in Volleyball, 3-0

CASHIERS, N.C. — The Andrews High School Wildcats volleyball team defeated the Summit Charter Bears 3-0 in a Smoky Mountain 1A/2A match on Tuesday, Aug. 12, 2025, in Cashiers.

The Wildcats (1-0) dominated the league contest on the Bears' home court. Andrews will next face Cherokee High School (0-1) in a Smoky Mountain 1A/2A match.

Summit Charter (0-1) will look to rebound against Rosman High School (0-1) in another Smoky Mountain 1A/2A contest on Thursday, Aug. 14. The Tigers are coming off a 3-0 league loss to Murphy High School.
