NC GOP Chairman Jason Simmons to Visit Clay County for Luncheon Event

Jason Simmons, Chairman of the North Carolina Republican Party, will visit Clay County on Monday, November 10, 2025, for a special luncheon with the Clay County GOP. The event will take place at 1:00 p.m. at West Tubing Company, located at 6175 Old Highway 64 West in Warne.

Simmons’ visit is part of the North Carolina GOP’s “Red State Tour,” a statewide effort to engage with local conservative communities, register new voters, and encourage grassroots participation ahead of the 2026 election cycle.

According to the Clay County GOP, the luncheon will be a catered event, offering members and guests the opportunity to hear directly from the state party chairman about strategies for achieving “GOP Victory in 2026.” Attendees are asked to RSVP in advance to Chair June West at (706) 781-8610 to ensure an accurate lunch count.

The Clay County GOP has also launched a new Contact and Newsletter Request Page, allowing members to update their information or sign up for newsletters and event notifications. In addition to the November luncheon, the Clay GOP announced details for its Annual Christmas Banquet, scheduled for Friday, December 5, at 6:00 p.m. at EPIC Restaurant. The Clay GOP will not hold a regular monthly meeting in November due to the Thanksgiving holiday.
