Traffic Stop Leads to Drug Arrests in Union County

On January 28, 2026, a deputy with the Union County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a white Ford Focus based on traffic violations that he observed. There was an odor of marijuana emanating from the vehicle, and several parts of the story provided by the driver and passenger did not add up. The Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit was called to the scene to assist.


Probable cause was developed to conduct a search of the vehicle. The search resulted in locating large quantities of methamphetamine, fentanyl, and cocaine; a loaded 9mm handgun; marijuana; and drug packaging materials.


Timika Felton, 45 years old, from Atlanta, Ga., was arrested and charged with trafficking methamphetamine, trafficking fentanyl, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of marijuana less than 1 oz., and no insurance.


Brian Price, 32 years old, from Atlanta, Ga., was arrested and charged with trafficking methamphetamine, trafficking fentanyl, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of marijuana less than 1 oz.


Both individuals have been charged at this time. The case will be turned over to the Enotah Judicial District for prosecution.


Alls suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
