Blairsville, GA – Union County High School highlighted its strong partnership with the University of North Georgia (UNG) as students in the dual enrollment program visited the UNG Blue Ridge campus for a campus tour and orientation.

The visit was part of the school’s Dual Enrollment Partner Spotlight Series. Students received a guided tour of the campus and completed their dual enrollment orientation, preparing them for college-level coursework while still in high school.

Union County High School officials expressed gratitude for UNG’s ongoing support. “We are thankful for our continued partnership with UNG and the support they provide our students,” the school stated. “Opportunities like this help students take meaningful steps toward college, career, and future success!”

Dual enrollment programs allow high school students to earn both high school and college credits simultaneously, giving them a head start on higher education and potentially saving families thousands in future tuition costs. The partnership with UNG Blue Ridge makes this opportunity accessible right here in the North Georgia mountains.
