Union County to Host Free Child Safety Seat Check Event

UNION COUNTY, GA — The Union County Fire Department and Union County Sheriff’s Office will hold a joint Child Safety Seat Check on Thursday, October 2, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the Walmart parking lot.

Certified technicians will be available to inspect child safety seats and ensure they are properly installed, helping to keep children safe while traveling. The event is free and open to the public.
