CCCRA Summer Concert Series Brings “Don’t Tell Danny!” to Hayesville Square This Friday

HAYESVILLE, N.C. — The Clay County Communities Revitalization Association (CCCRA) invites the community to the Historic Hayesville Square for an evening of classic rock with a fresh twist as part of its popular 2026 Summer Concert Series.

“Don’t Tell Danny!” — a female-fronted band based in Atlanta — will take the stage Friday, June 26, starting at 7:00 p.m. The high-energy group blends classic rock favorites with elements of pop and dance music, drawing from hits across the East Coast, Gulf Coast, and West Coast. Their set list features crowd-pleasers from Journey, REO Speedwagon, Foreigner, Van Halen, Pink, 4 Non Blondes, Scandal, and many more. The band’s goal is simple: keep the crowd rocking and having a blast all night long.

“Don’t Tell Danny!” is the winner of the 2024 Best of Cherokee Band of the Year, bringing proven stage presence and infectious energy to the North Georgia/North Carolina mountains.

Food and beverages will be available starting at 6:00 p.m. from Dragon Ass Smoked BBQ and the American Legion Auxiliary. Beer will be available for purchase, and several local restaurants will remain open for additional dining options. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and settle in for a fun evening on the Square.

Shuttles to and from parking areas will be provided by Historic Hayesville Inc. The event is pet-friendly (dogs on leash), child-friendly, and wheelchair accessible, making it a great outing for the whole family.
