Planned Water Outage Scheduled for Hiawassee Street in Hayesville

HAYESVILLE, N.C. — Residents on Hiawassee Street in Hayesville will experience a temporary water outage starting Monday, February 23, at 4 p.m. The outage is expected to last until 7 a.m. Tuesday, February 24.

The Clay County Water and Sewer Department said the interruption is necessary to install a new water line along the street. Customers are advised to plan accordingly and ensure they have enough water during the outage period.
