Union County Sheriff's Office Arrests Two in Narcotics Bust

UNION COUNTY, Ga. — The Union County Sheriff's Office Special Operations Detectives concluded a lengthy narcotics investigation with the arrest of two individuals in the early morning hours of September 4, 2025.
Acting on credible information, detectives conducted a targeted traffic stop on Amanda Levi and Perry McVay.
During the stop, four ounces of methamphetamine, a small quantity of marijuana, and various drug-related objects were recovered and seized.
Following the arrests, McVay was transported to the Union County Jail, where it was discovered he had concealed illegal narcotics on his person. As a result, he also faces a charge for crossing guard lines with drugs.
Charges:
Amanda Levi: Trafficking methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug-related objects.
Perry McVay: Trafficking methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug-related objects, and crossing guard lines with drugs.
All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
