Jamie Ager for Congress to Host Rally in Brasstown

BRASSTOWN, N.C. — Congressional candidate Jamie Ager will hold a campaign rally July 24 at the Brasstown Community Center featuring live music, food and a festive atmosphere.

The public event is scheduled for Thursday evening and will include hot dogs, drinks, famous local homemade pie and other attractions, organizers said.

“Join Jamie Ager for a rally in Brasstown on July 24th at the Brasstown Community Center,” the campaign announcement states. “We’ll have music, hot dogs and drinks, famous local homemade pie, and much more for what should be a fun evening!”

Attendees can RSVP via the event page on Facebook or at Jamie4NC.com/Brasstown. The gathering is open to anyone, whether on or off the social media platform.

Ager is seeking the Democratic nomination in North Carolina’s 11th Congressional District. The rally aims to energize supporters ahead of the November general election in the heavily Republican western North Carolina district.
