Red Cross Blood Drive Set for Tuesday at Historic Clay County Courthouse


HAYESVILLE, N.C. — The American Red Cross will host a blood drive Tuesday at the Historic Clay County Courthouse/Beal Center to help address ongoing community blood supply needs.


The drive is scheduled for 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the Conference Room at 25 Herbert St. in Hayesville. Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are welcome with priority given to those who scheduled ahead of time.


Donors can make an appointment by calling 1-800-RED CROSS (1-800-733-2767) or visiting RedCrossBlood.org and entering the sponsor code "HistoricCourthouse." Participants should bring a Red Cross donor card or a photo ID.


Those who donate between July 13 and July 31 will receive a Fandango movie reward by email. More information is available at rcBlood.org/July.
