Young Harris Breaks Ground on Valley Trail Apartments

YOUNG HARRIS, Ga. — The City of Young Harris celebrated the groundbreaking of the new Valley Trail Apartments on Friday, Sept. 19, marking a significant step in expanding local housing options. The ceremony was attended by Mayor Gibby, city council members, Young Harris College President Dr. Van Horn, college staff, and representatives from Low Country Housing, the project’s management company.

The Valley Trail Apartments will feature 44 residential units, aimed at addressing the growing demand for affordable housing in the area. The development is expected to provide modern living spaces for residents, contributing to the city’s efforts to support its growing community.
